30 pm Leaders RPM is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor at our Schoolcraft warehouse.
Leaders RPM Shop has quickly grown to become one of the largest ecommerce retailers of marine and powersports parts and accessories in the country.
Leaders started its ecommerce online presence by selling on the eBay marketplace in 2001.
, Today, you will find our products not only on eBay and Amazon, but also Google and Walmart marketplaces in addition to our own website, LeadersRPMshop.

In order to support our continued growth, in 2016 we purchased a 150,000 sq ft distribution center allowing for streamlined order management and continuing our commitment to same day shipping.
The basic function of the Warehouse Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day operation of the warehouse under the direction of the warehouse manager.
REQUIREMENTS Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple manufacturer websites.
Solid grasp of logistics as it relates to warehousing.
Be adaptable to fast pace and ever-changing work environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES Be available to open/close building as required.
Ensure every employee is staying on task.
Effectively shift personnel to appropriate areas based on daily needs of the warehouse.
Assist with picking, shipping and receiving.
Ensure that all orders are printed and shipped the same day.
